When signing messages which require no modification (i.e. no gas/nonce changes etc) an option could be made to immediately pass the request on to the signer (ledger, etc) allowing you to sign messages quicker.

Thanks Daren! Yeah, I can definitely see UX like this being nice in certain cases when we detect the signer is connected
