Frame always shows on display 1 in Ubuntu

In Ubuntu linux, frame always displays on display 1, even if another display is set as primary.

Hey nick thank you for reaching out! Frame will appear on your displays depending on where your mouse currently is.
Each time you summon Frame (using the shortcut alt+/ for example), your wallet will pop up on the active display.
Is this something you'd rather have set to a specific display?

Yohan: I've tested, and it always appears on monitor 1, no matter where the mouse or the active window is.
