Allow the user to reset an account (at least the nonce)

With recent polygon congestion, many of my transactions where sent but not included in blocks. My nonce is 2 but frame thinks it's 19 so I have to manually change it. Would be cool to have an option to reset it.
[Edit 1] Also maybe auto-reset it when you remove an account and add it again, because many people don't know about the nonce and solve their computer issues with a reboot policy ^^

Gm guys,

Jumping on this one. I just had an issue with Sepolia tx doing a security CTF. Got tx stuck because I gave it too little gas. There's no way to send a tx with a specific nonce in the Frame UI. Giving users control over this is essential, especially for developers.
